When standard options do not answer your design parameters, our bespoke wire mesh fabrications will. We are equipped with a range of tooling facilities allowing us to manufacture products to particular specifications including diamond patterns and raked panels for use on stairways.

We have created bespoke wire mesh fabrications for a diversity of customers in a wide range of industries including;

• Containers, stillages, baskets and trays – We are able to offer a full custom manufacturing service to create products designed for specific uses.  As well as being constructed from steel wire mesh, we can offer alternatives such as perforated metals and wedge gratings. • Washing and dip baskets – We manufacture a variety of baskets in a range of sizes and shapes to suit the applications listed below.  Standard products are manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel (other grades available), or alternatively can be constructed from mild steel which can be painted, powder-coated, chromed or electro-plated. We can add hinged lids and handles to suit specific uses. De-greasing – Ultrasonics – Aqueous Wash – Sterilisation – Drying

• Ultrasonic Bath Baskets – Raises items off the base of ultrasonic cleaner allowing fluid to circulate, preventing damage to transducers. Length : 205mm Width : 115mm Basket Height : 30mm Feet raise the base by 15mm Handles : 45mm (above basket) Finish : Electro-polished
