Baskets arrived in time and look excellent many thanks.

Got the wire basket here, it was well packaged that’s for sure. Tried it in the tank and it fits like a glove. We are going to let the monkeys loose on it for a couple of weeks and see how it fairs and then push the rest through. In my opinion it seems very well made and sturdy, so I cannot see them having problems with it unless they seriously abuse it. Thanks for your help with this so far!

The baskets have been spot-on! You will be the first port of call if there are any needs identified.

Pond covers arrived on time thanks. Thank goodness our measurements were correct!!! We now feel confident about pond safety when our grandchildren visit.

Thank you for delivery of the 1/2” square x 3mm mesh sheets today, it has really helped us to hopefully achieve a very tight delivery schedule requirement by our customer. Your original estimated delivery from the receipt of purchase order was for Wednesday 4th September, I requested that you bring this forward and you managing to pull the delivery 5 days earlier. This should make it possible for us to manufacture the mesh frames and door in time to meet the air freight delivery to Japan, that we would have otherwise of missed. Thank you once again for your assistance in this.

Exactly what we needed & after they’ve sat in a warm humid washroom there’s still not a spot of corrosion; nice to see ‘proper’ stainless steel doing what it should & not acting like it’s had a few scrap bicycles thrown in the mix. I’ll certainly look to you first for anything similar.

It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that can respond quickly. A lot of the people we have dealings with are very lapse at responding.

They have withstood 5 hurricanes now the winters in the last couple of years have been fierce and the gabions you made are unflinchingly solid, the waves have beaten them to within an inch of their life. Not a single deformation in sight after close inspection. The product has been very well made and is nothing short of fantastic.

The kennels were very well received. We have had a load of enquiries and should be pulling together some orders within the next few weeks.
